Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

To return your product, please contact me for the return address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Commissioned Work

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.

Workshop & Classes


After registration - 7 days or more before class begins

Life happens - I get it. Please notify me as early as you can, if you need to cancel. I will refund the original amount minus the $20 registration fee.

After registration - 3 days before class begins

No refund possible. The tuition can be used in the form of credit for a future class, along with a $20 transfer fee.

After class starts

No refunds once the class begins unless you encounter a medical or family emergency.

Inclement Weather

In case of inclement weather, cancellations will be emailed as soon as I can. There will be no refunds. I’ll try to offer make-up classes but cannot guarantee when they will be available.
